  • Highly recommend Australis Solar to supply your solar power system.Having dealt with this company prior to purchasing our system, (through the company I work for), I already knew the business owners and staff were 100% reliable.I asked them for a quote and they were able to advice me on the best system for the amount of electricity we consume. Really refreshing to not have someone trying to 'up-sell' a larger system than necessary, instead it was good honest advice.They suggested the best panels and inverter to suit our needs and provided some very comprehensive information, detailing performance and life expectancy of the equipment etc etc.The cost of the system was very competitive for similar equipment and whilst there might be slightly cheaper systems, I have the peace of mind that we have good quality branded equipment, backed by a first class after sales/warranty department, should that be needed.On the day of the installation, the team turned up on time and commenced the work in an efficient manner. They were obviously very competent and had time to explain all aspect of the installation, seeking my opinions when required as to where I wanted to have the inverter installed etc, nothing was too much trouble. The roof was measured to ensure the exact measurements so the panels could be fitted centrally on the roof to look ascetically pleasing .After installation, the area was left clean and tidy and the operation of the system was explained. The team were very helpful and explained all the features of the system including the correct way to shut the system down, should I need to disconnect the electricity supply for any reason. Multiple warning signs were placed inside and outside the electricity box and all the equipment and isolator switches were clearly marked with purpose made signs, which I thought was great attention to detail. Inspecting the solar panel fixing rail and bolts etc, it is obvious that quality stainless steel parts and fasteners are used.What more can I say, great service, fantastic communication, competitive price, quality equipment and efficient installation........ cannot ask for more.

  • We are super satisfied with the service we got. They were always quick to respond to any queries and highly informative, and we always felt they were being straight with us. It was hard to compare prices, so much info to try to digest! Although they did not seem to be the cheapest we chose them believing that all the components were of better quality (longer lasting). And there were no add ons. Once we decided to go ahead they were super quick and the fellas who installed it were great. We would definitely go with them again, no pressure, no anxieties, job done!   • I cannot praise Australis Solar enough for their sensational professional service. After speaking to 2 or 3 other solar providers to attempt to obtain quotes, none of them were willing to provide me with the information or options that met my requirements, they all wanted to sell cheap systems from which ever brand they were aligned with and had available. Boyd and his team from the very first email requested all of the information I expected they would require and more to get a thorough idea of what my requirements were. They provided me with multiple options that were applicable to my roof area constraints and budget. The installation team were very clean and tidy, they did not break anything and end product was exactly what we wanted.

  • Yes we do our part now in reducing greenhouse gas emissions. On top of this moral obligation we are reducing our energy bills by two third. How good is that! It does not just make me feel better but there are substantial savings.We had 6.6 Kwh LG NEON Bi-facial panels installed with a 5kwh SMA inverter.The Australis guys did a very good job. They had everything installed within a day. There were a few minor hiccups, which were quickly solved by them.We can log in on the internet to see the data of the inverter. You can see how much power is produced every hour, every moment.It is not even fully summer and it is already producing it’s 5 Kwh when the sun is shining fully on the panels.Yes I can recommend this reliable company which installs reliable systems.This is the time to have panels installed. There is a very good value for money ratio and the panel capacity is not going up very much in the next years as they have reached a threshold technically. Western power does not allow for bigger inverters than 5 Kwh.
