Recently installed large system on 2 story house. Constantly communicated where we were in the approval process with Synergy and Western Power and troubleshooted the integration of the new system with the older systems hardware without hassles. Good communication so we understood exactly what was happening was the highlight. System works great!

I cannot rate this solar company highly enough! From 1-5 I would rate them 10.They have been incredibly helpful and professional, going well beyond my expectations for what was a very, very complicated commercial solar installation.I have no doubt that most other companies would have abandoned the project in its early stages, but they persevered and have been exemplary in its execution. I would highly recommend them and personally, I would never use anyone else!

My experience with Australis was very positive. Sebastian and Natalia provided detailed information, with no pushy sales techniques. They offer high quality components, and good pricing for those components, but probably not the cheapest systems. Most importantly, these guys will entertain intelligent conversation to support you making choices that support your long-term requirements. They really understand the technology they are offering. If you are looking for more than throw-away solar, definitely consider Australis.
Australis supplied a 3.78kW system for us in Sorrento in late May 19. (12 x Mono-perc cells plus an SMA inverter). I went out for 5 quotes on the basis of extensive research; 4 got back to us but Australis was more than happy to explain the finer details to us in person (whereas with the others I got the impression I was just dealing with sales people). Sebastian from Australis is a qualified engineer, came around to us three times in all and made good with all his promises to follow up on any questions we asked.In my research on solar systems, I discovered four key things: don't get a cheap inverter; get good quality cells; be prepared to pay for a decent install from a good electrician who takes their time (rule of thumb allow a day, not 2 - 3 hours) and ensure you get the right electrical connection wiring from the array to the inverter. Australis ticked the boxes on all fronts in this regard. Very happy and very happy to recommend to others who maybe thinking of getting solar (if you calculate the numbers, it is a no brainer from an economic perspective)!!
Had a 5KW system installed at our house and couldn't be happier, easy to deal with, competitively priced and better quality panels and inverter than what some of the 'tv deals' you see advertised. On the day of the install the guys were professional and had all the gear. Would recommend.
Australis solar were great and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to get solar power. Everything was so quick and easy and the staff were friendly. I had heard nightmare tales of outrageous quotes and long waiting times but the price was right and I had the panels on my roof and working in less than 10 days from the very first call.
Highly recommend Australis Solar to supply your solar power system.Having dealt with this company prior to purchasing our system, (through the company I work for), I already knew the business owners and staff were 100% reliable. I asked them for a quote and they were able to advice me on the best system for the amount of electricity we consume. Really refreshing to not have someone trying to 'up-sell' a larger system than necessary, instead it was good honest advice.They suggested the best panels and inverter to suit our needs and provided some very comprehensive information, detailing performance and life expectancy of the equipment etc etc.The cost of the system was very competitive for similar equipment and whilst there might be slightly cheaper systems, I have the peace of mind that we have good quality branded equipment, backed by a first class after sales/warranty department, should that be needed.On the day of the installation, the team turned up on time and commenced the work in an efficient manner. They were obviously very competent and had time to explain all aspect of the installation, seeking my opinions when required as to where I wanted to have the inverter installed etc, nothing was too much trouble. The roof was measured to ensure the exact measurements so the panels could be fitted centrally on the roof to look ascetically pleasing .After installation, the area was left clean and tidy and the operation of the system was explained. The team were very helpful and explained all the features of the system including the correct way to shut the system down, should I need to disconnect the electricity supply for any reason. Multiple warning signs were placed inside and outside the electricity box and all the equipment and isolator switches were clearly marked with purpose made signs, which I thought was great attention to detail. Inspecting the solar panel fixing rail and bolts etc, it is obvious that quality stainless steel parts and fasteners are used.What more can I say, great service, fantastic communication, competitive price, quality equipment and efficient installation........ cannot ask for more.
