• Despite providing clear instructions to the builder, they failed to install pre-lay cables during construction.

Solution:

• We revised the client’s Small-Scale Technology Certificates (STCs) to align with the year of their property’s completion.
• We upgraded the client’s solar system to the latest, most efficient panels available at the time of installation.
• After reviewing various options with the client to address the builder’s oversight regarding the cable pre-lays, we agreed that surface conduits would be the best solution.
