• Existing system was 12 years old, resulting in decreased efficiency compared to modern systems.
• The roof design posed challenges due to uncertain screw line positioning, and the varying roof orientations

Solution:

• Upgraded the system by removing the old components and installing the latest sleek all black solar panel technology.
• The installation team rotated some panels to a landscape orientation, which aligned with the screw lines and allowed the installation to be successfully completed
• To overcome the various roof orientations we used a 3 MPPT inverter allowing an extra string to optimise energy production

Annual Output, Energy Offset, and Monthly Savings:

• Annual Output: 9,650 kWh
• Energy Offset: 179%
• Monthly Savings: Approx. $87.29
