A Practical Example:

If Synergy discharges 15kWh from your battery and you subsequently import 15kWh from the grid, here’s what you’ll receive:

Battery Dispatch Payment: 15kWh × $0.70 = $10.50
Import Credit (Synergy covers grid usage during discharge): 15kWh × $0.3158 = $4.74
Total credit for the event: $15.24

If this were to occur 30 times per year (the maximum under current terms), the annual benefit would be $315 ($10.50 x 30), with a potential $3,150 over 10 years—all for simply enrolling your battery in the programme.

Synergy will never fully drain your battery – a reserve threshold is always preserved.
Each event being a maximum of 6 hours, 30 time a year and limited to one charge/discharge cycle per day
